At Little Nest Baby, we want you to shop with confidence! If you need to return or exchange an item, simply follow the guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Policy

✔️ The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. (Fashion items can be tried on for fit, but must remain in their original condition.)
✔️ Returns & exchanges must be requested within 15 working days of receiving the parcel.
✔️ Please return the product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for return.
✔️ Customers are responsible for returning the item via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
✔️ Delivery charges are non-refundable.
✔️ Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned item.
✔️ Clearly label the package as “Return Item” to avoid any delays or confusion.

🚫 Note: Due to hygiene concerns, Baby Care & Feeding items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Ensure the item(s) are in original condition and include the Return Label in your package.

🚚 Step 2: Ship It Back
